Pei Pei Chei Ow Bannock Mix



Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, and sugar.

Preparation Instruction: Preheat oven to 360F. Place the mix into a mixing bowl and add 2 cups of water, and 2 tbsp of oil.

Get in there with your hands and start mixing! Dough should be sticky, if it’s dry – add a little more water. If it’s too wet, add a little more flour. And remember to have good intentions while preparing your food.

Oil up a cast iron or casserole / baking dish, and put your bannock mixture right in there. Spread the dough out evenly, drizzle some extra oil on top, and add some black pepper or herbs of your choice if you like.

Toss into the over for approximately 40 -45 minutes or until dark golden brown.
